We're back with a bang!

It's been too long! With job changes and life changes along the way, the food side of things have taken a back seat. I've actually been on a detox/cleanse for most of 2013, resulting in a weight loss of around 2 stones. I'm at the stage now where i'll be able to balance meals of all types and still stay in shape. That's the plan.

No crazy fads or diets for me.

Well, except the whole "going Vegan in April" thing i'm doing with a fellow foodie
